Head Coach, Jason Heathcote
As the 2007 Season took shape, the Board took an important step in determining the future of the Tigers. After reviewing possible candidates for the Head Coach position, the Board selected Jason Heathcote to be the man that leads the Tigers to success in the 2007 season. Jason, originally from Melbourne, has been with the club since 2003. Jason’s on-field success with the Tigers includes: Division II Best-on-Ground at the 2004 Championship, Tigers Best & Fairest and Leading Goal Kicker in 2005, a seven goal performance against the once undefeated Redbacks, and earning the trust and respect from fellow players as Captain of the Tigers in years past. Jason's dedication to the club increased in the off-season when he moved to Raleigh, allowing him to devote more time and effort to the Tigers organization. Jason brings his professional experience to both the training track and on game days. The Tiger’s will see a new focus this year centering on better fitness and game day strategies.

Assistant Coach, Victor Jessop
The first move Head Coach Jason Heathcote made was to recruit Victor Jessop as Assistant Coach. Victor brings a wealth of knowledge to the Tiger’s with his ability to draw upon his vast playing and coaching career in Australia. Victor played in what is now known as the AFL, Australia’s premier football league. After his stint with the Fitzroy Lions, Victor accepted the prestigious role of playing coach with a semi professional team in country Victoria. Since then, Victor has enjoyed a successful business career, which has taken him around the world. Now residing in Raleigh, Victor is fully committed to helping the Tiger’s achieve unprecedented success.
