Metro Footy games are scheduled for Saturdays from March to October and are held at college campuses
or at local parks. In an effort to better accommodate the increasing number of college participants,
the North Carolina Tigers designed the 2007 schedule with the collegiate calendar. One additional change
in scheduling for the 2007 Metro Footy league is an experiment with “Friday Night Footy”. A few games
will be played under the lights at one college campus and resulted in increased spectators and additional
interest in participating at College training.
